| The Introduction of Information Technologies (IT) has brought about a change in company behavior. This change has proved to be of particular importance in the tourism (hotel) sector, due to its own peculiarities. This work examines how the development of new technologies has affected the tourism environment and the way in which tourism enterprises compete and develop their tasks. The research paper adopted carefully a survey form which is designed to collect data and information. It is used to know the trends and opinions of the research paper sample, The results showed that the Information technology helps to provide data about hotel facilities and Information technology helps to use different electronic devices in hotel work, and Information technology helps to access information easily, and Information technology helps to facilitate hotel work, Information technology helps to market hotel products. The research study recommends to the facilities that study applying or developing information technology to take into consideration the contribution of information technology in the easy access to information, facilitating hotel work, providing data about the facility, using different electronic devices, and marketing hotel product. The exchange of information, based and assisted by the information technologies, developed a variety of software applications for processing the information in the organizations, like ERP, ERP II, CMR, BI and other specialized applications. At the same time one of the main indicators for the estimation of the efficiency of the logistical systems and for the logistical planning, is the quality of the service to the customers and here is, where the role and importance of the application of the business informational systems comes forth. The insurance of the logistical system is of paramount importance for the clients. That is why, the aim of the present study is to examine the characteristic features of the basic business information systems and how they are applied in practice to improve the logistical service. The Impact of Information and Communication Technologies on Developing countries
The propose of this paper is to show the impact of information and communication technology(ICT) on different areas of development of developing countries. Especially, it focuses on the people in developing countries, how ICT affect their dally decisions and how they have sustainable effect on economics and communications. However, also presents the problems that this growing represents in terms of infrastructure, government policies and others.
